Welcome to STL Meal Deals, a new blog highlighting all of the best restaurant deals in St. Louis. No matter what you’re looking for: food deals in St. Louis, St. Louis drink deals, restaurant coupons, recession specials, St. Louis cheap eats, happy hour specials… you name it, we’ve got you covered (and if we don’t, please let us know). With times being so tough, it’s our mission to seek out and bring you all the specials from around the area so that your dollar goes farther.
The emphasis of this blog is on local restaurants around St. Louis. While you may see an occasional chain pop up (I do have my own personal favorites), this blog should ideally serve two purposes – to help St. Louis diners find good, cheap food AND to promote and support St. Louis’ local establishments – at no cost to STL restaurants. St. Louis has seen a boom in amazing locally owned restaurants in recent years that far surpass any of the food you could hope to find at Outback, Olive Garden or Chili’s – we here at STL Meal Deals don’t want to see those restaurants collapse just because times are tough and want to help the St. Louis restaurant scene continue to grow and expand.
This blog is a work in progress, but I hope to keep it up and see it evolve into something that St. Louis diners find helpful! Ideally, we want to make it easy for you to find the most economical food and drinks in your area on any given day of the week.
